  • If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days of service activation, you may request a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.

Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request must be initiated within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • The refund is applicable only to first-time purchases of our core services (SIP Trunks, SMS Solutions, Cloud/VPS Hosting, WhatsApp Integration, and Connectivity Solutions).
  • Refunds are not applicable to domain registrations, third-party tools, setup/customization fees, or any add-on services.
  • Abuse of our services, violation of our Terms of Use, or fraudulent activity voids refund eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your CallBeta account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, unless otherwise requested.
  • No partial refunds are issued for cancellations made after the 30-day refund window.
